Rooker built the original 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility for Price Industries in 2008. A 50,000 square foot expansion of the building was completed in 2012. Located in Barrow County, Georgia, Price uses the facility to manufacture specialty HVAC housings for use in hospital and office buildings. Rooker coordinated Price's process engineering work to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget. This was Rooker's sixth project with Price Industries.
