Nestled on a hillside adjacent to I-40, this facility has prominent exposure from over a mile away. This 2-story building houses the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. The facility is designed with 7 interior courtrooms on the 2nd floor. All of these courtrooms have walls, door and ceiling assemblies specifically designed for high Sound Transmission Coefficient ratings to eliminate eavesdropping and assist with the integrity of highly sensitive recording equipment. Separate Judge's chambers and employee's entrance add to the security of the facility.

All offices and hearing rooms are located on the 2nd floor with 60 covered and secured parking spaces below. The project was designed to be LEED Silver Certified and Energy Star 75 rated and will consume 17.5% less electricity with high efficiency mechanical equipment and 50% water savings through the use of low flow fixtures and waterless urinals. The facility was completed and the agency took occupancy in August 2011.
