Office of Hearing Operations

Rooker was awarded this project in late 2015 by the GSA for the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearing Operations (OHO). OHO occupies the entire 2nd floor of this Class A office building in the North Fulton submarket of Atlanta. The building was updated to comply with GSA’s latest seismic standards and was designed to improve energy consumption by implementing daylighting controls coupled with energy efficient light fixtures. The facility is located in the heart of Alpharetta less than 2 miles from Avalon. The project was completed and OHO took occupancy in June 2017.
