Micromeritics Corporation

This corporate facility for Micromeritics includes 62,000 square feet of Class "A" Office space. The warehouse portion of the building is semi-conditioned to Micromeritics specifications. The client required an aggressive 3 month construction schedule to totally construct the tenant improvements within the facility. Rooker delivered the project on time and on budget. Micromeritics acknowledged Rooker's ability to accomodate changes and modifications throughout the construction process and was greatly appreciative of those efforts.
