Inalfa Roof Systems

Rooker provided Design/Build services for Inalfa’s initial 205,000 SF facility in Cherokee County, GA. The building is located on a 17 acre site and has been expanded to 230,000 SF. This building features 10,000 square feet of office space with the balance of the space being production and assembly. The structure utilizes exterior concrete tilt wall construction with interior steel framing and a 50’ x 50’ column grid. The building’s roof is a long life Butler MR24 standing seam metal roof. The facility was designed specifically for Inalfa Roof Systems which is one of the world’s biggest providers of vehicle roof systems. Inalfa designs, develops and manufactures sunroofs and open-roof systems for the automotive industry, such as BMW Group, Daimler, Chrysler Group, Ford and General Motors to name a few.
