Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Rooker won the award for this project in 2015 from the GSA for the Department of Homeland Security – Immigrations and Customs Enforcement for their Enforcement and Removal Operations division. This project involved a major renovation of an existing office building, including the addition of indoor/secured parking and the introduction of a drive-thru sally port within the building envelope. The facility is planned as a two story, steel frame structure totaling approximately 20,500 RSF. The building was designed to achieve an Energy Star Rating of 75 by utilizing high efficiency HVAC equipment coupled with energy saving light fixtures and controls. The project was completed and the agency took occupancy in December 2016.
