Rooker provided Design / Build services for this 758,488 square foot facility in Hall County. This facility is located on a 50 acre site with asphalt and concrete paving. The site also offers rail service with 6 rail doors in the building. The building features exterior concrete tilt wall construction utilizing interior steel framing and is front loaded. Column spacing of the building is 42' x 45'. The building contains 64 dock doors and 60 trailer parks. The facility was designed with a 27' clear height to accommodate the needs of Continental. The facility also features a TPO white membrane roof. This project was delivered on time and within budget.
