This facility was initially constructed for Homeplace, a retail company's distribution center. This 208,930 SF facility was modified to suit the needs of a food distribution company which included refrigerated space and freezer space. 62,900 SF of 35' clear high bay storage area plus 141,425 SF of 25' high cross-dock (expandable by 61,690 SF to 270,620 SF). This facility includes 101 Dock High doors with levelers, seals, lights and fans/ 1 drive-in door plus 275 trailer storages spaces expandable to 365 spaces. Rooker assisted in the design and construction of both the refrigerated and freezer build-out within the facility.
