This corporate headquarters encompasses 150,416 square feet, of which 30,000 square feet is Class A office space. The office portion houses approximately 150 employees and is the control center for the remaining 120,000 square feet warehouse distribution center. The facility features energy efficient lighting, HVAC zoning specific to individual users of the office and high security fencing with automated gates. The entire project was a design / build concept that is leased for a total firm term of 17 years. The project was developed, constructed and is managed by ROOKER.
