This 28,800 RSF facility was developed and constructed specifically to meet the needs of DFCS. The building is constructed with a concrete tilt wall exterior and conventional steel interior framing. The design incorporates a TPO roof, high efficiency HVAC equipment and energy saving occupancy sensor controls. This Class A office space serves several divisions of DFCS and was the first build to suit facility completed under the State of Georgia's new lease format.

The building is situated on 2.6 acres and contains 148 parking spaces serving both the employees and customers of DFCS. The building was completed and the agency took occupancy in November 2014.
