Vic Marotta

Vic Marotta joined the Rooker team in July 2025. In his current role as Senior Vice President – Construction Management, he oversees development and construction projects to support the company’s continued growth across the Southeast. Vic brings 28 years of commercial real estate and construction experience, with a strong track record of managing projects throughout the region. He earned his degree from Cornell University in 1993. After hours, Vic enjoys hiking, baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
