Cheryl Davis

Cheryl Davis joined the Rooker team in 2018. As Senior Property Manager, she is responsible for a wide range of property management activities, including lease administration, contract management, property accounting, insurance claims, tax appeals, and due diligence for sales and acquisitions. Cheryl also oversees tenant improvement and capital project construction and assists in IT systems management for the company.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies from Kennesaw State University and a Diploma in Pastry Arts from Auguste Escoffier. In addition to these achievements, she has also earned her Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA International.

Originally from a farm in Virginia, she loves to travel, having visited 36 states in the US with plans to see the rest. With three sons herself, Cheryl now has ten grandchildren – eight boys and twin granddaughters.
