Brian Cardoza

Senior VP, Real Estate

Since 2014, Brian Cardoza has served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Rooker. In his role, Brian is responsible for developing, leasing, and managing the company’s extensive Georgia real estate portfolio. His career includes significant leadership roles, including at Prologis, where he oversaw the marketing and leasing of a 9 million square foot industrial portfolio in Atlanta, the Fayette County Development Authority, where he served as President and CEO.

Brian holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University, along with designations in economic development finance and real estate licensure. Based in Fayetteville, GA, Brian enjoys working on his hobby farm, running with his dog, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
