Alan Gray
Alan Gray joined Rooker in 1984. In his current role as Vice President of Construction, he oversees projects from site acquisition through building completion. He also provides construction management insight to the real estate team during due diligence efforts. Alan brings deep industry knowledge to his role. During his 40+ years at Rooker, he has held multiple positions as a Field Layout Engineer, Field Superintendent, and Project Manager. He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Clemson University, as well as a General Contractor License for the State of Georgia and LEED Certification. Alan takes great satisfaction in helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals.
Alan enjoys spending time with his wife of 37 years, Kelly, and their four daughters and three grandchildren. They can often be found playing tennis, pickleball, or hiking.
