Rooker provided Design / Build services for this facility in Lavonia, GA. The project is comprised of a 100,000 square foot plant situated on 9 acres adjacent to Interstate 85 in Franklin County, GA. The facility features a tilt wall exterior with interior steel framing and column grids at 40' on center. The building contains 5,000 square feet of office with the remainder of the building being used for manufacturing. Latexco is a full service production, distribution and fabrication company. Latexco's production in this facility is unique in the latex world. The state of the art continuous latex foam line produces a wide range of products, The line is the world's first patent pending double pouring continuous line. Rooker's capabilities in the Design / Build arena played a huge role in the success of Latexco's operations. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
