Beverage South Distribution

Beverage South is a 101,000 SF Distribution Center for a leading beverage distributor in the state of South Carolina. The building is fully air conditioned, features a 14,250 SF mezzanine office area, as well as, a 4,500 SF keg cooler. The building features T5-Ho fluorescent energy efficient lighting and was designed for future expansion. This building is one of three Central Distribution Centers that Rooker has constructed for this owner. Rooker assisted Beverage South in site selection, design, and construction of the facility.
