Thomas Rayburn
Property Manager
Thomas Rayburn joined the Rooker team in February 2026. As Property Manager, he will be overseeing industrial assets around the Atlanta area. Thomas began his professional career in Law Enforcement with Cobb County Police. From there, he has managed almost all asset types and classes over the past decade, ranging from office and retail to industrial. He has achieved real estate licenses in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee throughout his career. Outside of the office, Thomas enjoys coaching his son’s baseball teams, attending his daughter’s swim meets, and taking trips to the beach with his family.

- B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Behavioral Sciences from Kennesaw State University
