Cody Nielson

Cody Nielson joined the Rooker team in May 2025. As Property Manager, he oversees daily operations of Rooker’s industrial and GSA properties, collaborating with the Senior Property Manager to handle maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant service. Cody ensures high-quality tenant service by promptly addressing requests and issues, while supporting budget preparation, coordinating property transitions, and maintaining compliance and critical documentation. Prior to joining Rooker, Cody was recognized as a Top 25 Leasing Consultant in the U.S. Market by Greystar in 2023. He earned his Associate’s degree in Applied Science and brings a strong foundation in tenant relations and property operations. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Cody now lives in Georgia with his wife and two children. Despite his upbringings in Utah, Cody shares he is not skier.
