At ROOKER, we have 3 LEED™ Accredited Professionals on staff. Our new construction project with the USDA meets silver LEED certification level.

Features such as T5 light fixtures and containing run-off (grey) water on site and reusing for sanitary conveyance are just a few of the ways ROOKER is helping both our clients and our planet achieve the best long-term solutions.

ROOKER currently has three certified LEED professionals on staff. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It is a Green Building Rating System that encourages integrated building design and construction techniques. LEED accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.
