Social Security Administration

Rooker completed the construction of this new office for the Social Security Administration in 2016. Rooker transformed an existing, small office building into new, Class A office space. The building is a single story, steel frame, brick veneer structure totaling approximately 750 RSF. The building was designed to achieve an Energy Star Rating of 75 by utilizing high efficiency HVAC equipment coupled with energy saving light fixtures. The facility is located in east Atlanta where it will serve claimants from the entire Metro area.
