Macon Spec is a joint venture between Rooker and the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Development Authority. The Macon Industrial Development Authority provided a rough graded site at no upfront cost to Rooker. The 100,000 SF facility was built and financed by Rooker and currently has two tenants. Keystone Automotive occupies 30,000 SF and North Coast Logistics occupies 70,000 SF. The building is 200' deep with 50' x 50' column spacing to provide flexibility for both manufacturers and distributors. The building is equipped with T5-H0 fluorescent energy efficient lighting and wall mounted louvres to provide for 3 air changes per hour. The truck court is 120' deep with a 60' concrete apron to provide maximum truck maneuverability. The site also features two, 1-acre truck trailer drop lots.
