Keystone Automotive occupies 30,000 SF and North Coast Logistics occupies 70,000 SF. The building is 200' deep with 50' x 50' column spacing to provide flexibility for both manufacturers and distributors. The building is equipped with T5-H0 fluorescent energy efficient lighting and wall mounted louvres to provide for 3 air changes per hour. The truck court is 120' deep with a 60' concrete apron to provide maximum truck maneuverability. The site also features two, 1-acre truck trailer drop lots.
