Jack Rooker has been developing industrial properties in the metro Atlanta market since the late 1960's through his construction company ROOKER He has developed many speculative and build-to-suit projects in industrial areas of Atlanta, Athens, Macon, and Louisville, Kentucky. Over the years, Rooker and Associates has supplied facilities for a very impressive list of customers that include names such as Ford Motor Company, G.T.E., Seimens, Mead Corporation, Baxter Laboratory, Haverty's Furniture, J.C. Penny, Marriott, Home Depot, Circuit City, and Office Depot. Jack's family partnership now owns and manages over six million square feet of industrial facilities.
In 1990, Jack received the SIOR Developer's Lifetime Achievement Award and in 1995 was named Industrial Developer of the Year by NAIOP. In 1992 he was awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Georgia.
In the past Jack has served as chairman of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors for Omni Insurance Company and The Westminster Schools.
He is married with five children and nine grandchildren.
With a major in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Jerry Cole, President of ROOKER began his career in the construction industry over 40 years ago. Jerry has been employed with ROOKER for the last 30 years and has been President for the last 26 years.
With his extensive experience in design/build construction, build-to-suit, and negotiated work, he has served as President of Associated Builders' & Contractors of Georgia, Chairman of the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia, and a Member of the Advisory Council for Butler Manufacturing Company. Jerry is chairman of the Equine Advisory Board for the State of Georgia, a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Veterinary Medicine at UGA, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Walking Horse Exhibitors' Associates.
Jerry holds General Contractor's licenses in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. He is married with four children and six grandchildren.

Murray Reavis serves as Chief Financial Officer of ROOKER. He joined Rooker in 2004 and oversees the company's corporate services including finance, accounting, tax, risk management, information technology, and human resources. He also coordinates business for the company's real estate development and construction projects.
Murray graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in finance in 1990, and started his career with Arthur Anderson. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years in public accounting experience with Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves on the board of Northside Youth Organization as the treasurer. He is a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and is married with two children.
Dan Pattillo is President, Rooker Real Estate. Dan has worked at Rooker and Associates since 1988 and oversees the company's development activities including planning, land acquisition, and property dispositions. He also works with build-to-suit prospects.
Prior to joining Rooker, Dan served as Vice President at Wachovia Bank of Georgia. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and a MBA from the University of Georgia. He serves on the Advisory Board of Directors of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. Dan also serves on the Board of the Clemson Masters of Real Estate Development Program, and is the past President of Buckhead Baseball. Dan is married with two children.
Elbert Rivers is President of Rooker Properties. Elbert graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He began his career as a bank officer of First American Bank in Athens for over six years. Employed by ROOKER since 1981, his responsibilities include business development, property management, leasing and working on build-to-suit prospects. He also handles all public presentations before governmental authorities (i.e. tax appeals, zoning variances).
Elbert coordinates industrial broker relations including quarterly mailers and an annual barbeque of over 500 bankers, brokers, governmental and county officials in attendance. He is a member of the Georgia Economic Developers Association and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Elbert also serves as a director on the Walton EMC Trust Board.
Elbert was honored by the Georgia Chapter of NAIOP as the Top Producer of Industrial Leases for 2008. Elbert is married with two children and has one grandchild
John is Vice President of ROOKER John graduated from The University of Georgia in 2002 with a B.S. in General Business. He began his career with ROOKER in the summers growing up working in the field and assisting in the office before he graduated college and came on as a assistant project manager on the construction side in 2002. He then moved into a sales and leasing role in 2004 before becoming Vice President in 2007.
John is responsible for leasing, sales and marketing at Commerce/I-85 Business Center and Gwinnett Progress Center. He is also responsible for generating new business leads for build-to-suit opportunities while overseeing all marketing aspects of the company.
John is married with no children.
Alan Gray is Vice President of Construction of ROOKER Alan graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Management. He began his career with ROOKER as a field engineer in 1984, worked as a superintendent for 5 years, a project manager for 16 years and Vice President since 2006.
Alan coordinates owner/contractor relations as well as, project management and estimating functions for the company. He is a LEED™ Accredited Professional and a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia. He is married with four children.
Alan holds General Contractor's licenses in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Kyle Holbrook is a Project Manager for ROOKER. Kyle graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and worked as a Logistics Co-op for Coca-Cola Enterprises while in school. He began his career in the construction industry with Shepherd Construction and has worked with ROOKER since 2004.
Kyle performs Project Management and Estimating functions for the company. He is a LEED™ Accredited Professional and a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia. He is married with no children.
